Live fish require an approved next-day service. Eligible plants and food may use a 24/48-hour service. Transit starts when the carrier receives the package, not when you pay.

Dispatch follows our shipping calendar, local cutoff time, holidays and weather restrictions. If shipment must be delayed, we will contact you to agree on a new date or cancel and refund the order.

A tracking number means a label was created. The order is shipped only after handoff to the carrier.
