Privacy

We store the information needed to process purchases, delivery, receipts, claims and store credit. No customer account or password is required. Online orders store a historical copy of the delivery address; kiosk purchases do not require one.

Stripe processes payments. We do not store card details. Delivery information is shared with our shipping provider and carriers as needed to fulfill the order. Our email provider delivers receipts, recovery links and notifications.

Product news and discounts require separate optional consent and email confirmation. You may unsubscribe at any time without losing receipts, purchases or store credit. Existing buyers are not automatically subscribed.

Purchase links, temporary email access and claim evidence are private. Keep purchase links confidential. Records needed for accounting, disputes and guarantees are retained according to applicable obligations; access and data requests are handled by support.
